The JerusaLAB is the only interaction laboratory in Israel. The laboratory serves the students of the New Media Department and, after classes are over, the general public – artists, designers, entrepreneurs, teenagers, and students from different institutions in the Jerusalem area.

The laboratory acts as an educational laboratory and an artistic/technological greenhouse designed for experiencing advanced technologies, programming and digital processing for the creation of practical and artistic objects. The lab promotes technological innovation and free, independent creation through the use of 3D printers, laser cutting machines, CNC and other digital tools.

In the spirit of open code, the lab is a place for sharing knowledge and skill. Courses are available for a variety of subjects including Arduino and physical programming, modeling and creation using 3D printers, and electronics as a creative tool.
